Jeb Thornburg is the principal architect of the firm with 20 years of experience in the design business. He is a licensed architect in both Washington and California and was educated at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, CA and Virginia Tech, in Alexandria, VA.

In addition to extensive commercial experience he has developed a full portfolio of residential work, both new homes and renovations. Whether commercial or residential, all of his work focuses on the integration of architecture and interiors as one discipline.

Having worked in Washington DC, San Francisco and Seattle, for firms both large and small, Jeb is passionate about the positive role architects can play in the improvement of the built environment as a whole, and is committed to ensuring his own work leads by example.

His strength lies in his ability to derive simple and handsome designs from complex and often difficult circumstances. This skill comes from his experiences designing and managing large, intense commercial design and construction projects for high profile clients including Starbucks Coffee Company, Sound Transit, and construction of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s company headquarters, Vulcan Northwest.
